For properties within the inner London Congestion charging zone, a £10 (including VAT) parking supplement is applicable.

A further £8 (including VAT) supplement is applicable to cover the Congestion Charge between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

There will be an additional charge of £10 (including VAT) if the engineer will be required to pick up and drop off keys from/ to a different location to where the job will be carried out (within a 5 mile radius).

All job cancellations must be made with 24 hours notice or a call out charge may be applicable to the payee. If an engineer cannot complete a service or gain access to the property a call out fee may also be charged. Provisional slots will be held for 24-48 hours depending on demand. Gas Certificates, and PAT Tests are left at the property and you can request another copy after 14 working days. EPC’s are available within 48 hours of the job completion. All bookings are confirmed through Debit or Credit details of which Credit cards are charged processing fees.

Good service and a brilliant company. For my location being on the edge of London is complicated for property services especially as engineers do not wish to travel that far. GSL got an engineer out the next day after booking, he was on time, completed the job nearly instantly and he was gone. I got my certificate 48 hours later and there was no complications. They say if it's too good to be true it probably is right? Not in this case! Cheers.
